Comfort Suites Portland Airport

When I arrived in Portland, I had called the hotel from the airport to see if they had a shuttle available that could pick me up, and one showed up very promptly. Michael and Jordan, especially, displayed wonderful customer service. You can tell that they love what they do, and genuinely care about their guests having an enjoyable stay. The breakfast was excellent compared to other hotels that I’ve stayed in that are similar. There were many options to choose from. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. My only complaint is that inside the shower stall, there is only a small ledge for a few travel-size toiletries to fit on. There isn’t a bar to hang up your washcloth within the shower stall so I had to place mine over the top of the sliding glass door when not in use. I would definitely stay here again just for the great customer service. Thanks guys!

I’m allergic to fragrances and chemical. I couldn’t sleep in living/bedroom area and had to sleep in bathroom floor. My health is very unique and serious. I’ve been here over two weeks going through services as I’m homeless as I’m identity theft victim. First room someone pour water through fan vent in bathroom toward my sleeping area. I use electric blanket. It could have electrocution me badly. My clog was filled with water I had to dump in shower as I was on first floor. I reported and they moved me to second room and that second room was all good until I left room and came back it stinks even more perfume in bed and other smell like diaper soiled. I again sleep in bathroom. Bathroom don’t have heater yet heater is coming from somewhere it was way too warm to sleep there I had to step outside several times during day and night. On third floor Breakfast is good here. Not fancy but pretty good selections. They are currently going through renovated Have access to Burger King, Mc Donald, convenience stores, restaurant nearby no food store nearby anywhere. Have bus access about 200 feet away from hotel

As my family and I tend to stay at hotels when I have visits with my sons we have a couple prerequisites that are always in need and required in order for us to stay at a chosen hotel comfort suites near the PDX airport is awesome to breakfast is hot serve restaurant style The rooms are large and come with an extra opportunity for sleeping which is a hide-a-bed sofa. Linens for the hide-a-bed are available on request 😁 the swimming pool was clean and the perfect temperature the hot tub was to die for. Overall with good service this was a spectacular stay and I recommend you stay there too.
